Orders and Shipping:
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping within the continental US!!!
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. In the event an order is placed on a Holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
We will send you the tracking information once your pen has been packaged and is ready to come to you!
Care and Maintenance:
* How do I care for my handcrafted pen?
Care varies by material but generally involves cleaning with a soft cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals, storing in a protective case, and protecting from extreme temperatures and sunlight. Wooden pens may benefit from occasional waxing.
* How long will a handcrafted pen last?
With proper care, a handcrafted pen can last for many years.
* What type of ink refills should I use?
Refill types depend on the pen mechanism, and standard sizes are often used. High-quality inks are recommended, especially for fountain pens. The type of refill is specified in each product description.
Refunds:
* What if I'm just not happy with it?
As much as we would hate for that to be the case, we never want a customer to feel 'stuck' with something if they are not 100% happy. You can return the item to us within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund less the return shipping fee. However if the pen has been engraved with a name, date, or logo, or has undergone some other form of customization it would be difficult for me to resell that pen. These are handled on a case by case basis depending on the level of customization. Please email us at showmofffarm1@yahoo.com for more information.
* Refunds (where applicable):
When your items are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or payment processor within 15 days of notification. If you do not receive your refund within 15 days of notification, first check with your bank or credit card company as they may take longer to process the refund.
* When refunds are not issued:
All packages are shipped USPS. Your package will be insured for the value of all items ordered. Once the package is accepted by USPS, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed. If your item is received in a damaged condition, save all packaging material, document the damage, and contact USPS immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your items once we put it in custody of USPS for shipment. No refunds will be issued in this case. Your items are insured by USPS. Contact USPS to file a claim.
* Refund of shipping charges:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Original shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to an error The Crazy Cat Wood Shop.
Privacy Policy:
Personal data will not be sold, leased, exchanged, or shared with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as those involved in order fulfillment, payment processing, or shipping, and only as necessary to provide products and services.
If you choose not to have your personal information used to support our customer relationship by receiving marketing communications, we will respect your choice. You can choose to opt out of marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing from our emails.
We do not store credit card details. We use Stripe as our secure payment processing system. We do not have access to any of your financial information.
We do not (and do not intend to) sell, rent or otherwise market your personal information to third parties.
